Registration - EMChIE 2019 is cancelled

Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise conference secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify conference secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by May 25, 2018, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by June 1, 2018, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after June 1, 2018, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.

In the event of cancellation of the EMChIE congress by the organiser following an external hazard (major strikes, disruption of air or rail traffic, etc.), the registration fees will be fully reimbursed by the organiser.
