Submission instructions
Authors are invited to submit their contributions as papers of maximum 7 pages long including all text, figures, and references following the standard double-column IEEE format. Papers must be submitted in Adobe's Portable Document Format (PDF) format.
Please make sure you follow the template's conference mode provided by IEEE eXpress Conference Publishing: MS Word and LaTeX templates
Formal proceedings will be published by IEEE and ACM. Regarding the author list, RSP does not perform double-blind reviews, so be sure to include it in your submitted paper.
Contributions have to be submitted electronically through the EasyChair portal of the conference: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=rsp20181
Publication policies:
Each accepted paper must be associated with an author registration (one registration covers one paper).
The organization committee reserves the right to exclude a paper from the final proceedings if the paper is not presented at the conference.
