ISCC 2020, in its 25th edition, will provide an insight into the unique world stemming from the interaction between the fields of computers and communications. ISCC 2020 will provide an international technical forum for experts from industry and academia to exchange ideas and present results of on-going research in most state-of-the-art areas of computers and communications. This year, special focus will be on emerging topics including but not limited to:

  1. 5G and wireless communication technologies;
  2. advanced security and privacy algorithms, hardware and software;
  3. crypto currencies;
  4. artificial intelligence, neural networks and data mining systems;
  5. optical networks;
  6. smart cities.

We are soliciting proposal for half-day tutorials, about 3 hours each, to deliver in-depth presentations on such cutting edge and emerging topics within the scope of Computers and Communications. We encourage proposals that address emerging technologies, fostering tutorials that outline the foundations as well as progressive components of next generation technologies and systems.

In submitting a proposal, we ask that you meet the following guidelines:

  • The proposal length should not exceed 5 pages, in PDF format
  • The proposal should have the following sections (preferably in this order)
    • Tutorial title
    • Abstract
    • Name and affiliation of tutorial presenters
    • Motivation
    • Statement on timeliness and impact
    • Projected audience and expected background
    • List of topics and technical issues to be discussed
    • An outline of tutorial content (over the 3-hour period)
    • Short biography of presenters, highlighting past experience in delivering tutorials
    • It is OK if the tutorial was presented previously; In this case you are encouraged to describe the past iteration(s) and impact
