La graphématique au xxie siècle — des graphèmes à la connaissance

/gʁafematik/ 2018 est le premier colloque à réunir les différentes disciplines concernées par les systèmes d'écriture et leur représentation dans la communication écrite. Le colloque vise à faire le point sur l'état actuel de la recherche dans le domaine, et sur le rôle que l'écriture et les systèmes d'écriture jouent dans les disciplines avoisinantes comme l'informatique et les technologies de l'information, la communication, la typographie, la psychologie et la pédagogie. En particulier, un des objectifs du colloque est l'étude des effets de l'importance croissance de l'utilisation d'Unicode vis-à-vis de l'avenir de la lecture et de l'écriture dans les sociétés humaines. Étant le reflet de la richesse des perspectives des systèmes d'écriture, le colloque /gʁafematik/ est foncièrement interdisciplinaire et est ouvert aux contributions de chercheurs en informatique, technologies de l'information, linguistique, communication, pédagogie, psychologie, histoire et dans les sciences sociales.

/gʁafematik/ vise à établir un espace de discussion sur les différentes approches aux systèmes d'écriture, et plus spécifiquement sur les passerelles entre linguistique, informatique et les autres domaines. Le colloque servira en tant que forum d'exploration en terminologie, en méthodologie et en approches théoriques délimitant un nouvel espace interdisciplinaire de recherche, en interaction avec les évolutions techniques des implémentations informatiques des systèmes d'écriture.

Le colloque s'est tenu au Pôle numérique Brest Iroise, à Brest, les 14-15 juin 2018.

Les Actes du colloque ont été publiés par la maison brestoise d'édition Fluxus Editions, ils sont disponibles en téléchargement libre ainsi que sur Amazon.fr.

La deuxiéme édition du colloque, Grapholinguistics in the 21st Century, aura lieu à Paris du 17 au 19 juin 2020.
